LEGO Star Wars R2-D2 Building Set (75379)

LEGO almost never goes on real sale, and this is the lowest price this set has ever had — matching its one brief dip last October. R2-D2's head spins, the third leg tucks away, and it comes with the 25th-anniversary Darth Malak minifigure, so it works as a shelf display piece as much as a weekend build. Rated 4.9 stars across more than 2,500 reviews, ages 10 and up. The same price is running at Target and Walmart if you'd rather grab it with the groceries.
