Hasbro Gaming Hungry Hungry Hippos Game

The same noisy, giggly game you remember: four hippos, a pond full of marbles, and whoever smacks their lever fastest wins. This current version fixes the old annoyances. Chomped marbles roll straight back into each hippo's trough for the next round, and there's a built-in case so the marbles don't end up under the couch. Two to four players, ages 4 and up, and a preschooler can learn it in about a minute.

$9.79. Ignore the $19.99 list price. Camel puts its all-time Amazon average at $16.92, so this is 42% below what it usually sells for, and the lowest Amazon has ever charged was $9.74 last summer. That makes this close to a record, and it's an easy one to tuck away for a birthday party or the holiday closet.
